Return and Exchange Policy
Returns
All products, except the Crop-A-Dile and Crop-A-Dile Mini, come with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days for a full refund (excluding the original shipping cost).
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in resellable condition and include all original parts. Incomplete or damaged returns are not eligible for a refund.
FootScientific is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Refunds will only be issued if such orders are returned to FootScientific as undeliverable. We do not reship orders under these circumstances.

Exchanges
Size and Type Exchanges:
We understand that choosing the right size or orthotic type can be challenging when ordering online. That’s why our 60-day satisfaction guarantee allows for size exchanges on all orthotic types (Type 1, 2, and 3), as long as the product is unworn and in resellable condition. Type exchanges, however, are only available for Type 1 and Type 3 purchases. Please note that Type 2 is priced differently and is not eligible for type exchanges.
